At NXT3D, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

While many items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, some products may require additional processing time depending on stock availability or supplier lead times.

Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a quotation and confirm availability.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: 2–5 business days
• Remote locations: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Package size and weight
• Courier rates
• Special handling requirements

Any free shipping promotions apply only where specifically advertised and may exclude oversized or heavy items.

5. Large Equipment

Large products such as 3D printers, scanners or other bulky equipment may require specialised freight services.

Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized items, remote delivery locations or deliveries requiring special handling.

Where applicable, we will contact you before dispatch if additional freight charges are required.

6. Custom Manufactured Products

Custom 3D printed parts, reverse engineered components and made-to-order products require manufacturing before dispatch.

Production lead times vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Quantity ordered
• Material availability
• Current production workload

Estimated completion times will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

NXT3D cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

8. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take some time to appear after collection.

9. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your package appears damaged:

• Note the damage with the courier where possible.
• Take clear photographs of the packaging and contents.
• Notify NXT3D within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect our ability to process a claim with the courier.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Civil unrest
• Industrial action
• Road closures
• Supplier delays
• Courier operational issues

NXT3D cannot accept liability for losses arising from such delays.

11. Collection

Customers are welcome to collect orders from our premises by prior arrangement.

Collection notifications will be sent once orders are ready.

Customers may be required to provide proof of identity or proof of purchase when collecting an order.

12. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided, or upon collection if the order is collected from our premises.

13. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or you have received the incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the matter and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
