Creality PA6-CF Filament Black 1kg – 1.75mm

Engineered for demanding applications, Creality PA6-CF Filament combines the toughness of Nylon 6 (PA6) with the added strength and stiffness of carbon fibre reinforcement. The result is a high-performance engineering filament designed for functional parts that require exceptional mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

PA6-CF offers excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and elevated temperatures, making it ideal for manufacturing-grade components, automotive parts, jigs and fixtures, tooling, robotics, and industrial applications. The carbon fibre reinforcement also minimizes warping and shrinkage while producing a premium matte black finish with crisp detail and outstanding rigidity.

For optimal print quality, PA6-CF should be printed on a high-temperature FDM printer and kept dry before and during printing, as nylon-based filaments readily absorb moisture from the air.

Recommended Print Settings

• Nozzle Temperature: 260–300°C
• Bed Temperature: 70–100°C
• Enclosure: Recommended
• Print Speed: 30–80 mm/s
• Cooling Fan: 0–30%
• Filament Drying: Recommended before printing and during long print jobs

Important: PA6-CF is highly abrasive due to its carbon fibre content. A hardened steel, tungsten carbide, or other wear-resistant nozzle is strongly recommended. For the best results, store the filament in a sealed container with desiccant and print directly from a dry box where possible.
